The Border

infinite

Running between Belgium and Nedherland, 2015. Photo: Ana Villas Boas.

Along the road, guided by the sound of the winds that blow from the border;

Nordic lands, adverse world, hostile climate to the tropics which I carry in me;

Sense of the life reversed in absurd, except the deep blue of his eyes looking at me with an infinite light.

The infinity has light.

Are his eyes;

Are his soft and warm hands;

Are his ears, his voice, his smell, his movement.

Slowly,

Leading me to the border

With an illuminated infinity.
