Running with Bach

Mstislav Rostropovich – Bach Cello Suite 2 III. Courante

Running in delicate steps
soft jumping in tiptoe
almost no air
without rhythm
with an inner vibration
the music is present
in an ascend endless!
freedom of styles – as a masked wild life
in a mixed of sounds and landscapes
turning and returning, one more time
in a continuous movement
remembering you are running!
just don’t stop
the music is present
Inhale, exhale
in flow, being
an human kind
in our infinite potential
always searching for something
but that lost in the act of seeking

Hence we go round again.

*Courante literally means “running”.
