About Flow, Senses, Writing – part I

Running at the Sunrise. Santo André, São Paulo. Photo by Ana Villas Boas. January, 2017.

What inspires me to flow?
Could be the beauty of life, the sound of the birds, the wonder of the aurora, the wind in my face.
Could be the vibration of the runners footsteps, their heartbeats, the route around the lake, the water’s mirror, the running of every day.

What inspires my senses?
Could be the sweet memories, the love shared, the delight of Belgian chocolate with cherries taste.
Could be the warm blood which flows in our veins, we together in a bright and green land, our exchange of thoughts, feelings, hope, dreams.

What inspires me to write?
Could be the erudite music, the notes of a cello, the sound of the flute, the voice of a baritone, the heaven of Bach.
Could be all this as unique, a high sensation of freedom, an intuition to know the path, to be connected, to keep moving, to keep ahead.

Reflection to continue…
